r u gettin help?

I have not received any help yet. I would really appreciated it because I am struggling with finding how to solve this problem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the x-intercepts occur when y=0. so u set the equation to equal zero then solve for x. so x=2*arcos (0). then u differentiate the equation to get dy/dx = -3/2sin(x/2). then set this to equal zero and solve for x. then put your ans into the original function to solve for y. this gives u ur max and min value
