another q grade five : The weather bureau checked yesterday's temperature for an 8-hour period. They recorded the Fahrenhit temerature as 72.8,73,74.2,76.1,78.0,78.6,80.1, and 84.4 degrees. What was the average temperature recorded?

Add all of the values, and divide by the total number of values, to get the average.
can u show me step by step please? .
It's not very complicated...all all of the values of temperature, and when you have that divide it by the total number of temperatures - in this case, that would be 8.
72.8+73+74.2 +76.1+78.0 +78.6+80.1+ 84.4... and their is 8 total nrs.. divid the sum of them with 8.
