i have to write a business plan for starting business in just $100 that has potential to growing into million dollar business in an year ?? any ideas??

Use an internet based company model (low start-up costs) or assume heavy debt financing. If you assume 10,000:1 leverage, you're a million dollar business from the very beginning with only $100 out of pocket.

I think Valuator was being facetious. If you have only $100 in your pocket and are incapable of raising more equity, don't write million dollar plans....
