Yes. Look under updated data. I have it for US companies but you can easily go from those numbers to costs of capital in other currencies/ countries.

If you downloaded the WACC09 file it should be the last column,named Cost of capital.If you are looking at the emerging markets file..there is not a column with the cost of capital,although you have plenty of material to estimate it using a excel formula.
