i dont get this question... jeremy has completed 75% of his paper route. he delivers 68 papers each day. how many more papers does he have left to deliver.

if he had deliverd all if his papers, he would be 100% done. but he has some papers left to deliver...

there are 2 ways we can figure out how many papers are left to deliver

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If he delivers 68 papers a day and he has already delivered 75% you would take 68*.75=51. You would then take 68-51 and get that he has 17 papers left.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

68 - 68(75%) = amount left. or 68(25%) = amount left
