Yeah i already read it, also i read Foundation of EVA (Grant), more or else all standard literature on EVA and VBM.  Currently i am writing my master thesis on VBM and EVA.  I am wondering are there more similar books? I found from prof. Damodaran some materials on operating leases. I need something on deferred taxes LIFO, and goodwill.

Valuation Measuring and Managing the Value of Companies by Koller  Goedhart and Wessels. They give a brief description. It may be helpful.

Since EVA was so heavily based upon getting NOPAT and capital invested right, books on EVA are your best bet. You can try Bennet Stewart's book on EVA or Young/O'Byrne...
