find a third degree polynomial function of the lowest degree that has the zeros below and whose leading coefficient is one. 5, 0, 7

OpenStudy (amistre64):

a third degree polynomial of lowest degree? can you decipher that for me?

OpenStudy (amistre64):

x(x-5)(x-7) is the factored version of it; just muliply that together to get its polynomial form.

OpenStudy (amistre64):

x^2 -5x x -7 ------------- -7x^2 +35x x^3 -5x^2 --------------- x^3 -12x^2 +35x
