Can someone please tel me if the numbers in the data set "compfirm.xls" is quarterly or annually numbers, they differ so much from annual reports?

Can i use those number for my live case study?

They are annual numbers and the most recent fiscal year for most companies in the January 2011 update will be 2009 numbers.... I would use the 2010 annual report numbers which should be out by now... or at least trailing 12 month numbers.
