The no. of atoms in the intrinsic semiconductor is \[2 * 10^{28}\] atoms/ \[m ^{3}\]. The no. of electrons before doping was \[2 * 10^{16}\] / \[m ^{3}\]. The answer is \[2 * 10^{10}\].
