what is the x intercept for this equation -1.31x^3+-21.53x^2+-117.60x+-215.01?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well first to find the roots of x you make the equation equal zero (0), then you would definitely multiply both sides by negative one (-1) to make the equation positive. then after calculating you will find that one intercept is at -6.61650418389 and the other is so large that it would be summarised inside another quadratic equation. where in the world did you find a question so ludicrous? sure there isn't parts to this question that hint what the parts of this one can be summarised to?
