why the theta of aline in graph is always taken from right??

That's just historical; it's convention. Have to start somewhere! :)

Angles are measured with respect to the x-axis and hence theta of a line is taken from the right,If otherwise taken,theta is subtracted from 180 to arrive at the same result.\[180-\Theta\]
