I am not sure the answer is right. Or maybe I misunderstood the question. If Pat has only 22 stickers with 2 on them, then he'll run out of them when he gets to 200. From 1 to 100, there are 19 twos that are used. From 101 to 120, he's basically used the remaining 3!
