FastCell cell phone company offers a pricing plan modeled by the equation y = 0.12x + 23.10, where y is the monthly charge and x represents the minutes used. The line 0.10x = y – 24 represents the plan for HighCell cell phone company.

For a low number of minutes, HighCell is the more expensive plan, but as the number of minutes used grows, the two plans become more alike. At some point, HighCell becomes the cheaper plan and FastCell is then the more expensive. At what number of minutes used are the two plans equal? Using an inequality, express the number of minutes for which FastCell is the less expensive plan.
