There are surveys of CFOs, where they are asked what they factor into their decisions, and country risk is towards the top of the list. It really does not prove the case, but it would be impossible to prove anyway. All you can do is present data consistent with your hypothesis.

thanks ... I`m trying to do this work for the past few months, but  could not finish it... I did`t  succeed to carry out my own survey and  now I`m trying another way to confirm the hypothesis that country risk has an impact on investment decision and that CRA is one of the important factors when it comes to foreign investment...You are probably right it would be hard to prove anyway...but I`m stuck and need help... where did you find this surveys of CFOs...
