Hey guys if you could help me out that would be great, i need to determine which are true and which are false? 1. The difference of two natural numbers is always an integer. 2. The difference of two natural numbers is always a natural number. 3. The sum of two natural numbers is always a natural number. 4. The product of two natural numbers is always a natural number. 5. The quotient of two natural numbers is always a rational number 6. The quotient of two natural numbers is always a natural number. 7. The ratio of two natural numbers is always positive

1. id say true 2. a natural# is a (+)whole# >0 so no.; 4-6 = -2, -2 is not a "natural" number...it is obviously UNnatural who ever heard of negative numbers in nature? 3. id agree with true 4. yes, true 5. yes, any fraction is a fraction 6. nope, a fraction is sometimes a natural number: 5/1 is natural and rational 7. a ration is a fraction akin, so id agree.
