you have two flower beds in which to plant roses and tulips.you want the porportion of tulips to roses to be the samein each bed. you plant 10 tulips and 6 roses inn the firsrt bed. how many tulips will u need for the second bed if u plant 15 roses??

so the first bed you have a proportion for 10tulips and 6 roses which is 10 tulips/6 roses. so for the second bed you have 15 roses *10 tulips/ 6 roses = 150/6 tulips = 25 tulips.
