what is the answer to: 6/ square root of 3b?

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

well im guessing you need to simplify 6/sqrt(3b) to do this cancel out the sqrt on the bottom by multiplying by sqrt(3)/sqrt(3) since this is equivalent to one we haven't changed the value of the expression ->6/sqrt(3) * sqrt(3)/sqrt(3) = 6*sqrt(3)/3 **Note sqrt(x)*sqrt(x) = x Now reduce the fraction 6/3 = 2 ->answer = 2*sqrt(3)

OpenStudy (dumbcow):

oops i forgot about the b sorry nothing really changes just put a b next to where a 3 is answer = 2*sqrt(3b)/b
