How can you convert a decimal into a correct fraction?

count how many number of dp, then times 10^(number of dp)/10^(number of dp) hm, I dont quite understand what I meant. but example: 0.19328372 there are 8 dp so (0.19328372*10^8)/10^8=19328372/100000000 simplify yourself =)) but if there's unlimited dp, idk, some special one you can remember though, like 0.3333333333333 = 1/3 etc
