He has been banned. We are currently thinking about better moderation features.

In particular, we're working on getting some community moderators on board, and are considering `crowd-sourced' abuse monitoring, i.e. where a comment or user would get hidden after a certain number of `report abuse' actions. Do you have any ideas on other ways we could improve moderation? We'd love to hear them!
