help. how do i solve the following: (using l'hospitals principle) as the limit approaches 0 from the right of :x^2x

Problem with finding the derivative (l'hop) is x is in exponent. so set (1) y = x^2x (2) ln y = 2x ln x. Solve as implicit getting deriv of y and chain dy/dx. Solve for dy/dx. plug in values of y from (1).
