Question

Hi ....I had certain issues pertaining to valuation for icici bank in terms of its projections.....As Bank of Rajasthan was amlagated with icici bank on August 14, 2010 , its December & September quarters financials report the consolidated nos. (with BoR) . Now for projecting for FY 11 ...should I project FY 11 for BoR & ICICI sperately and then merge them with the necessary adjustments for merger or project using quarterly data which is not exhaustive.....Please advise

2011 is going to be a mess because of acquisition related debris. Don't get too caught up in acquisition related issues and look at the combined company's earnings and cahs flows past 2012.
