Last grading period I had a D in math raised it to a C with extra credit But this grading periond I have a 0.33 which is a F

Well grades often reflect effort... even if your not the world's greatest at math, you may just have to work harder and spend more time on it. Also there is always help avaliable to you at the school at least there should be.
