4x-5≤-30 or 4x-5≥54,
4x≤-25 or 4x≥59,
x≤-25/4 or x≥59/4.
altogether it's x∈(-∞, -25/4] ∪ [59/4, +∞)

you should switch the 6 in the left to the right side. or , in other words, multiply the left and right simultaneously with 6
