find the volume of the solid bounded by the paraboloid x^2 + y^2 = 4z and the plane z = 4. Looks like a triple integral problem, but how do I find the bounds?

i guess you do it the same way you'd do it with a 2D function, but it takes a while to get your mind around it..... :/
