i think this is difficult to obtain.... I would try to quantify it by 1: evaluate the market (# of foreigner entries in the country per year) 2: the average annual occupation at Hilton in that country...
This is not very accurate but gives you an indication of the market share vs. all other accomodation possible.

Another way is only to compare versus big competitors (marriott etc)...
