I believe you have to factor our the 7 7(x^2 + 24/7x + ????) Then you take have of the x-term which is 24/14 reduce it 12/7 Then square it 144/49 That is what goes in the parentheses 7(x^2 + 24x + 144/49) you would add 144/7 to the right side of the equation when you do this
