If the statement of cash flows is for an accounting statement, your best shot will be a good financial accounting/financial statement analysis book.

The statement of cash flow is actually quite simple, as it captures all cash inflows and outflows. Start for example by writing all of the revenues that you will receive in your bank account per month. Then write down where cash will be used each month. The difference to the income statement is that you don't have to think about whether the cash usage is for an longer-term investment or short-term spending. The income statement is based on the actual "work" that the company is doing during a year, the cash flow statement is about the "cash". These are not the same things, since often payments are made later than the delivery of goods, and some cash is spent to longer-term investments which "work" for a long time, but "cash" is spent now... Of course, you can then influence these numbers by loans etc. You can find cash flow statments in the annual filings of any company. Check out SEC filings.
