Solve using the square root method. Round the solution to the nearest tenth. x2 - 20 = 0
cant quite grasp the concept.... :P

move the -20 to the right side to get x^2=20, then take the square root.

Taking the square root of both sides and rounding to the nearest tenth gets you +4.5 and -4.5.
