So I just plugged this into a program and I'm too lazy to check it, so you probably should expand it to see if you get the same thing. But, anyway, I got (x+5)(x-4)^3

So the zeros would happen at x=-5 and x=4. You can probably get wolfram alpha to factor this and show steps, too.
