Working with Polar coordinates. I need to find the area of the region bound by r=5sin(theta), r=5cos(theta). How do I get the endpoints?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, you should probably have some limits on theta, cause that region repeats itself. As theta goes on infinitely.

The question reads Find the area of the region that lies inside both curves. r = 5sin(θ) r = 5cos(θ)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok, so dividing both equations should give you some solutions for your thetas.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

divide both by 5? so its sin(θ)=cos(θ). I just don't know what to do after that.
