Does anyone have any tricks for finding the bounds of integration(The domain) for double and Triple integrals? Or an easy way of thinking about it?

Use Cylindrical Coordinates to find the mass of the solid enclosed by the paraboloids \[z=5(x^2+y^2)\] and \[z=6 - x^2-y^2\] if the density function is given by \[\delta(x,y,z) = x^2 +y^2\]
