need help graph the inequality on a plane y>2x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its a straight line passing through origin

OpenStudy (anonymous):

right but i cant figure out how to come up with the points to graph to get that answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=plot+y%3E2x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

directions say to just pick one but when i do its always wrong so i end up just guessing a graph and i cant do that when it comes to the test

OpenStudy (anonymous):

see if that link helps

OpenStudy (anonymous):

very much you are awsome

OpenStudy (amistre64):

its always easiest to pickthe origin, and if the origin aint available then some x or y intercept like (0,1) or (1,0)

OpenStudy (amistre64):

I remember how to include the line or exclude it by the "or equal to" segment. Its a solid line underneath and that means a solid/included line or curve.
