1)6x-y=5
y=11x

2)3x+4y=4
x- y=13

1) So lets start by plugging y into the equation.
6x-(11x)=5
Now we just solve like it was a regular problem.
6x-11x=5\[\rightarrow\] -5x=5\[\rightarrow\] x=-1
