when i applying Gauss's law to charge which has a spherical hollow shape, if its sign is positive; +Q, inside of the sphere, there are some electric fields?

Induced charges will always negate these fields in order to keep the net field inside ZERO.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

net flux lines inside the sphere is 0 that's why net field is 0 inside the sphere

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if +ve charge is at the inside of the shell ( not sphere) then yes
