Could someone please show me how to solve and graph the compound inequality x+14<-3 or x+14>1

Solve each one for x x + 14 < -3 subtract 14 from both sides x < -17 x + 14 > 1 subtract 14 from both sides x > -13 to graph these you will put an open circle on -17 and shade to the left and put an open circle on -13 and shade to the right. you darken in the circle if the problem says less than or equal to or greater than or equal to.
