electric field and electric potential, can anyone help me to understand these terms deeply
Electric field and electric potential are separate phenomena. So it would be good to try to understand them separately. I don't have a good, concise explanation for electric fields, but for electric potential (which is quite confusing), please read http://amasci.com/miscon/voltage.html
Electric field can be explained as the region around a charge in which its electrical properties can be felt. For example if another charge is brought in this region then it will experience a force of attraction or repulsion depending on its nature. The strength of this field is measured by by the force experienced by unit test charge. Electric potential due to a charge is however the work done in bringing a unit charge near this charge. This work has to done because when the unit charge is brought near the charge whose potential we are finding then there will be a force acting between them( coulomb's force). And work done will be force x displacement. So potential is more related to the energy of the electric field. Hope this is meaningful to you .
When defining electric potential, it is important to distinguish between electric potential and electric potential energy. Electric Potential energy is the negative of the work done in bringing a unit positive test from infinity to the point in question while electric Potential is electric potential energy per unit charge. The definition of the electric field is described ably by sengupta above.
