show work.... angle p and q are supplementary angles. angle q is 10 less than four times angle p. what are the measures of the angles?

OpenStudy (shadowfiend):

Gotta run, but: * Remember what supplementary means (p and q add up to how many degrees?). * Angle q is 10 less – that's - 10 – than 4 times angle p, that's 4p. So q = 4p - 10 Then plug into the equation for supplementary angles and solve!
