It just wants you to take the derivative twice and see that the second derivative of the function is the function itself.
Did you take the derivative of y with respect to x yet?
I don't understand how to take the derivative twice 'cause i don't know what the C_1 and C_2 mean..are they just constants? so I could replace them with a and b?
