You have to think of the numbers at times:
11:00, 11:20, 12:00, 01:00, 02:20, 04:00
so the distance is 20min, 40min, 60min, 80min, 100min
so the next time would be +120min which means 04:00 +2h -> 06:00
and back in that format they have it that would be 600
