I have been looking over this page, and it seems like it is the same course, but updated:

Yet this course seems to be the one with an active message board. Are they basically the same course? Why doesn't the other one have a message board?

Yet, no video lectures.

This course is offered during the Independent Activities Period (IAP), which is a special 4-week term at MIT that runs from the first week of January until the end of the month.
