There is no way to scroll the questions with an ipad

There is, actually. You have to use two fingers over the question area to scroll. This is due to the way that the iPad does `internal' scrolling on pages. There's no scroll bar or anything, unfortunately, but using two fingers you can scroll the questions list. The same goes for the iPhone.
