Hi nowhereman - there are some accidentally hidden achievements on your profile page :p.  Although we are going to consider adding hidden achievements "soon", that was not the intent.  Thanks for the bug report (PS: You have six achievements, they're just not all listed).

Yeah, specifically there are a few global achievements that aren't specific to any study group; right now there's nowhere to see those, so the numbers don't add up. We're adding that Real Soon Now (tm), promise, and sorry for the confusion :)
