is it -9Sin(t-2) or -9Sin(t) -2
It's -9sin(t) -2
so the transformation to get g(t) would be g(t) = -9 f(t) -2
1) Multiply f(t) by -9 2) Subtract 2 from -2f(t)

They might also mean the changes to the graph. Reflected, amplitude cheange, vertrical translation, phase shift etc.
Ah in this case, Amplitude change is a multiple of -9 and the vertical translation of -2, nothing else changes.
Reflection of graph over the x axis ofcourse.
