How do I enter the (-1) part to the f-1(x) into my calculator when doing the following question... f(x)=2x+3, find f^-1(x) When I enter it as an exponent, it will give me the wrong answer, and simply putting -1 does not work either. Anyone know please?

Its not an exponent. Its just a notation that means the inverse of f. I don't think it can do that. Solve for the inverse yourself and then graph that.

I'm using a math program that solves it for you. Just like fog...the little o in the middle was to be entered as a lower case o
