okay .... use quadratic form to solve equation.. 3n^2=-6n - 1

just write it as 3n^2+6n+1=0 and compare it with ax^2+bx+c=0, you wil get a=3,b=6,c=1 and substitute it in quadratic formula , you will get -1+(2/3)^1/2 & -1-(2/3)^1/2
