Find the local extrema of f, the intervals where it is increasing and decreasing, the inflection points, and the intervals where f is concave downward for f(x)=x^4-4x^3+10.

yeah i am trying to work it out but now that i see the graph it makes a lot more sense. im just having trouble trying to find where the x-intercepts are.
Why do you need the intercepts?
