I am interested in doing Graphic designing, I have GIMP and need to have tutorials and stuff! Any good wbesites and plug ins? Also I want to start learning programming. What's the best program language should I start with? Any tutorials or websites?

I would go with Python every time for the best programming language to start with. There are too many reasons to list every time it comes up, but don't make a choice until you've considered Python ~ it's a very empowering, easy to learn and use, mature, well supported and documented and is really popular with people who just want to get stuff done.
