elaine is taking a test that has multiple choice questions, each with 4 answers choices. she comes to question for which she does not know the answer. if she canrule out three of the choices as wrong, by how much does she improve her probability of guessing the correct answer?

The actual answer is 300%. She *improves* her probability by 300%. Before ruling answersout, her probability was 1/4. After eliminating, the new probability is 1. The improvement is New probability - Old probability, which is 3/4 This is 300% of the original priority, 1/4.
