A company has class A and class B shares. Which one should I use when calculating the market vale of equity?

Count both classes to get market value of equity.

Professor, with differences between each class, for example unequal voting rights, won't the equity risk premium change? What i mean to say is, won't the effective equity premium be a weighted average of the two classes?
