\[x ^{3/2}=t\]
the quadratic eq is \[t ^{2}-15t +26=0\]
t = 13; t=2 (t-13)(t-2)
\[t ^{2}-15t+26=t ^{2}-13t-2t+26=0\]

yes the two roots of t are t= 13 or t= 2
13 = x^(3/2) 169 = x^3 cbrt(169) = x
